How are louvers used? They are commonly used in various thermal energy industries, including exhaust gas treatment, technical equipment, steelmaking furnaces, waste gas furnaces, smelting furnaces, household appliances, drying equipment, ironing equipment, lathe equipment, road construction equipment, steelmaking cable furnaces, and leaching tower equipment.
To ensure the safety and normal operation of the combustion engine, and to meet performance requirements, the following procedures should be followed:
How to open louvers:
Before opening louvers, clean the carbon deposits on the furnace bridge and the furnace bottom, add pellet fuel, remove the hopper cover, and open the feed valve;
Disconnect the power supply to the louvered equipment, check its function, ensure the water pipes are working properly, and check that the industrial equipment has sufficient water. The fire-resistant burner uses bright industrial water inlet and outlet valves, and the level of the cooling combustion chamber is checked to ensure the bright industrial water is full;
Adjust the air supply level to a low setting, invest an appropriate amount of foundation, and then open the furnace door slightly to supply air. Exit the furnace door, turn on the stimulation system, and gradually increase the air supply level to an appropriate amount. The stimulation function and air supply volume should be gradually increased, and should not be reduced. Before preparing the fuel, allow the exhaust gas in the furnace to reach normal levels.
Special precautions for louver application:
For fuel, use 6-8mm pure wood chips to avoid using pellet fuel with particle fragments and impurities. Prevent iron objects from entering the fuel hopper! If iron objects are added to the fuel hopper, it will cause skin irritation and will not be covered under warranty;
The furnace should not be under negative pressure for exhaust gas or other equipment; excessive positive pressure is strictly prohibited. If the positive pressure is too high, do not install an induced draft fan;
When installing louvers, remember to request the fuel hopper cover to prevent waste. When shutting down the furnace, be sure to request the material isolation valve to prevent damage;
If the louvers cause material blockage or jamming (often due to particle size), simply poke them open as much as possible. Never use wire or rebar, as this could get caught in the screw and cause damage to the screw shaft.
